June 13 Print and Projected Image of the Year

Judged by our members:

The Print of the Year was Gull Dive by Roger Stelfox.   This and the runners up are shown below.

The Projected Image of the Year was Kookaburra by Angela Rogers.   This and the runners up are shown below.

May 16 2016 Print Competition No. 6

The judge was Stan McCartin who assessed 63 images submitted by 13 members

May 9 2016 Smart phone or tablet Projected Image Competition 

No modification whatsoever was allowed.  17 members submitted 74 images – culled to 64 for judging by Steve, Stephen and Michael.

April 25 2016 Projected Image Competition No. 6

The judge was Peter Prosser who assessed 78 images submitted by 26 members

April 11 2016 Print Competition No. 5

The judge was Dave Hipperson who assessed 63 images submitted by 14 members

March 21 2016 Pearmain PDI Competition:  “Flora” and “People in Public Places”.

The judge was Barbara Lyddiatt.    20 members submitted 29 images in the Flora category and 31 images in the People in Public Places category.

The Pearmain Trophy for 1st place in the Flora category was won by Les Spitz for his image ERICA VERTICILATA.  runners up were Colin Robinson’s POLLEN COUNT.

 

The winning image in the People in Public Places category was Les Spitz with A CROWDED WORLD.  Runner up was Elkan Kohn with SHATTERED.  These and the other top scoring images are shown below.

February 29 2016 PDI Competition No. 5

The judge was Mark Buckley-Sharp who judged 75 images submitted by 25 members.

February 15 2016 Print Competition No. 4

The judge was Colin Southgate who assessed 63 images submitted by 14 members.

January 18 2016 Knockout Competition

Chairman Mike and assistant Tony judged some 74 entries.   John Dobson’s beautiful Combestone Tor emerged the winner with runners up Les Spitz and Mike Lurie.
